no it don't qualify, the singer's got Asthma and should be in a seperate thread called FAVOURITE SONGS (CHART OR OTHER) TO FEATURE AN ASTHMATIC SINGER

If you start a seperate thread Wee Shuglet put me down for Je Taime by Birkin and Gainsbourg, that lass sounds a bit wheezy and in need of a chest rub
