SPOTIFY ON T'INTERWEB

i guess a few of you folk will be aware of Spotify, meself I read about it in Miranda Sawyers Observer column in obsever music mag yesterday, anyways just giving it a go on the laptop. and bloody 'ell does it throw some strange tackle up.

got it on the radio settings, chose Pop, Punk, Reggae, Rock and Soul; with the years 60's, 70's, 80's. 90's and 00's and I got up to now

had an advert for Film four or somesuch, it was off afore I realised it weren't an obscure mix of the Rutles

and fook me as I type; Sling it by Steve Harley and Cockney Rebel has just come on

give it a go if you havnae already

but it's distracting if your trying to write

and tis pretty good some shitters though, but its better than any radio out there atm cheers

I read about it but i cannot acces it now..it refuses to let me in

The article by Miranda Sawyer mentioned that US haven't got it yet.

The UK is free with occasional 20 sec ads, and I mean occasional I've heard three since post the thread, there's a version without ads for a payment and a premium version.

as for rest of europe, dunno.

but I'm pretty impressed with the radio and the search/playlist stuff, like I said very eclectic radio stuff, though pretty interesting when picking only one genre/decade.

not really explored it proper yet, though it'll get interesting picking up other peoples playlists and discovering some new stuff
