Am amazed that no-one has mentioned this yet given (a) the hype, (b) the number of fans of 'quality TV drama' round here, and (c) the fact that Sean Harris and Paddy Considine are both in it.
Anyway, I thought it was great - didn't live up to the pre-publicity (what could?), but I struggle to imagine a better evening in than watching a chunked-out Sean Bean prowling round Yorkshire like some kind of Sheffield version of the Godfather banging on about "fucking gypos".
Gave me a boner, anyway.
