The Redgrave Curse

Utter crap from the Daily Mail. Love this bit:
Natasha learned her father was predominantly gay when she was 11. Regardless, she and Joely built a fond relationship with him, and nursed him...
I bet she called the Daily Mail before she built that relationship, just to check it was okay with them.
This curse thing is a bit rubbish isnt it?
Seems to be a list of stuff that happens to most families. ![]()
She was an actress right? But the only example of her work anyone can come up with is a dire disney movie from 20 years ago. That must have paid VERY well for her never have to work again.

Being Mrs Liam Neeson must've helped keep the wolves from the doors, a bit.
Now, let's see if anyone can name anything Joely's been in?

Apart from Nip/Tuck, obviously, the only thing off the top of me i remember Joely being in was some Football flick from the early 90s. Story based around Arsenal winning the league in 89. Saw her in a pub in Cambridge t'other year now come to think of it.

There was a Peter Greenaway film, where she was starkers in it, most of the time. Might have been Drowning by Numbers. Other than that, dunno ![]()
oh this is doin me head in now. trying to remember the name of a film that has some storyline around Arsenal winning the title in 89.... the film came out in about 92 and memory tells me joely richardson was in it but IMDB would suggest otherwise and she wasn't in it.
no such film in her biography
Dunno about the Arsenal film, the only one that I can think of is the adaptation of Nick Hornby's "Fever Pitch" - don't think that featured Joely Richardson? ![]()

Well, I think it's quite sad. I've always liked big Liam Neeson, and she's been quite sexy in her time.

What a bloody shame. The only film I can remember off the top of my head that Natasha's been in,is the film she met Liam Neeson..NELL.
Didn't she once play Patty Hearst in a film?
And yes, it happened very close to where I live.
Apparently she insisted not to go to see a doctor because she was fine... and 1h later she started to have huge headaches.
Well... life is fragile.. it was a simple fall while skiing, nothing spectacular.. nobody can really explain it.
nic, if you keep up this posting lark , you'll develop a reputation as a bit of a regular...

That, to me, makes it all the more tragic. Although I wonder what a Doctor could have done anyway.
RIP

Maybe a lot, sounds like her brain's been bleeding, or one of her organs leaking nastiness into her blood, they MIGHT have been able to do something.
Or maybe not.
I have heard that some head injuries are misunderstood as headaches because there is no way a person could tell that they are bleeding in the brain. There are no nerves in the brain to begin with. The lead singer of the Dead Boys died from a head injury after being hit by a car. He didn't get any bones broken, but he died in his sleep after complaining about his "headaches."
The news piece is very disrespectful.

Well, I kind of cut the thing that was keeping me busy ;)

In all seriousness this is tragic. Let's not beat about the bush, she was a beautiful looking lass with seemingly everything going for her..R.I.P.
