She's annoying since she started singing at 13 years old over here..

The make-over when she began to sing in english 12 years later was a good one, nobody knows about her past but us it seems ;)

You must be 35+ to like her over here, otherwise people look at you pretty bad ;) IMHO her french albums are more interesting than the others, less cheesy love songs.

Well, I must admit that at least there is someone out there that makes the world know where Montréal is located, so it's not a bad thing.

but to tell you the truth, i used to like her. or found her bareable enough ("beauty and the best" and "where does my heart beat now" were good...but the rest... )...but then she got overwrought, emotional, and ear shatteringly high pitched, and aged 10 years. i swear, the woman looks like she's 40. she sucked big time after 1992...

she just ain't cool man! no matter how she gets recognition for montreal! montreal should be known for better things than celine.
