Innocent. A ridiculous 'theory' with it's roots in the skewed view of sexuality that dominates that country. Still a church state really innit?

I'd go with what ever the courts would say, if Italian courts were in any way fair and just, and it definately doesn't seem that way...

But I'm with Glas on this.Seems the Press has really gone out of its way to take normal student events of her past and make them into something more...

Have I read this right? She makes lists of literally everything in her life?

And has written down details of every lover she's had - all seven of them.

Is this not a little bit weird?

Do other people do this - write down a list of everyone they've fucked?

Anyone else gonna disclose their lists? :uhoh:

She's reportedly been a pretty inconsistent witness so I'd find it hard to believe her prosecution is strictly down to Italian disgust at her sex habits. One minute she was in the flat when Meredith was killed "hearing screams" and the next.... she got it wrong she was actually round her boyfriend's. Asserting you "heard screams" and then completely retracting it is pretty strange.

Her story changed so many times when she was arrested and arriving at court with a big Cheshire cat grin on her face won't have done her public image many favours. She claims when under pressure she goes "happy" but doing cartwheels in the cop shop just after your flat mate's been discovered in a pool of blood is odd behaviour.

I don't know if she was part of the murder but she's definitely hiding something. It would be logical for any police force to arrive at that conclusion from the sheer amount of inconsistencies in her statements.

Nevertheless :food:

Exactly. The question is not "is she guilty?". The question is "would you still knob her despite the fact that you might end up as a cadaverous motherfucker?"

It's about standards of debate, folks.

I had an ex girlfriend who did just that. In a seven-days-to-a-page diary no less! I found it while looking to scribble down a phone number in the 'notes' section (this is TRUE people). Wasn't sure what it was as the list was vague, just names and years. I had my suspicions though and asked her about a month later when we were both pissed. She was mortified as you'd expect! I thought it was quite funny. We were both very young.

And yeah I've tried to make that list up in my head many a time. Anybody that says they haven't is lying.

Getting back on topic, yes, she's a bit weird, some of her behaviour is very weird but how that even suggests, nevermind proves, that she murdered her flat mate in a kinky sex game beggars belief. Unless of course you live in a sexually obsessed/repressed country like Italy. Next time any of you have the great pleasure of meeting me in the flesh ask me about 'the Paulo Di Canio story'.

Seven? That's it? The press have been acting as if she slept with a different guy every night for the last four years.

and yes I'd knob her. The crazy ones are best in bed ya know:thumb:

Not very unusual for a gal. Seven ain't a lot, maybe a lot for her age, but they are treating it like she had a new fuck every day of the week.

i can't see it. is there even an alleged motive? if she's found guilty it would be the first time a woman has ever been convicted of being the instigator and main protagonist in this kind of fatal sex attack.

as for the list of lovers, apparently she made it after being mistakenly told in prison that she was HIV positive. seems fair enough in the circs.

and for the record, i would not shag her. too young for me.

i really don't think she had anything to do with the murder. they caught the guy who did it, so what's up?

i do have a question though: what was that thing on her lip when she was testifying?

Mama Roma, блять.

So that's the verdict alright. I heard about the story on CNN today so.. yeah, hopefully they're not wrong in their judgement.

Knowing what most "justice" systems seem to be like and from all the news articles I've seen and read, my guess is that she's guilty of something, but probably not the crime of which she was accused.

Without having all the facts publicly divulged, including evidence, witnesses, statements, etc. one can't say with any certainty that she was either guilty or not guilty.

No, I wouldn't "knob" her. Looks rather fugly to me...

One of her relatives described the prosecution's portrayal of Knox as a 'sexist discourse that sets Italy back 100 years'. That would be to about 1809 by my maths.
