If not, you'll get one from a tout as a last resort...

rung them & they gave me the royal mail delivery number rang them & spoke to several machines before finding out they haven't attempted delivery yet. went back to booking people & they won't send replacements (!!) but did say they'd leave some at the door for me & i just need to bring my booking ref & card with me
