just seen these on ebay

clone theory

shergold

both rip off prices, even though the shergold has the 'ashtray' still

The Clone is ridiculously over priced, I bet he doesn't sell. The shergold is a bit over price, but as they're so hard to get hold of I should think it will go, not to me though, I'm hanging out for the elusive, almost mythical, marathon 6!

If I had £500 spare I'd have this though

Yamaha SA 70

I can't believe it hasn't sold, he's re submitted it once and dropped the price by £250, £500 seems a bargain to me.

I was trying to figure out why an Eccleshall/Gibson EB1 had a Yam badge. NEVER seen one of those before. But now that I have....I've shot me much in me shorts.

The Shergy is a g u i t a r BTW, fine if you fancy learning the Barny two-strings-at-once-fuck-chords JD technique.

EDIT: gone RIGHT off me owning it. It's 40 years old. To be more specific, it's 40 years old and looks brand new. My basses looked cunted after 40 minutes, I should NEVER be allowed to own anything so lovely.

:love2: i want one soooo much

but same with Cambo, i can destroy anything, that yam bass would be lucky to make it past the week without taking 4stone of paint off it

oh i know, got the black masquerader meself pretend to be barney, i even go for the hair, but mines curly so i just cant cut it, chords tho, piss easy

I thought you were going to gloat and say you won it! what a lucky bastard, I have to agree with you both though, i'd kill it too, it's the kind of bass that should be hung on a wall rather than played.
