ipod help :banghead:

Got my first ipod tother week after years of wanting but not getting one. Had a few other mp3 players of course.

Fathomed how to sync it to itunes in about 5 seconds,very easy to use.

Been using it in me car without problem,but,today i unplugged it,turned it off first natch,turned it back on and now its stuck on sunrise,none of the buttons are responding and the hold switch is off.

I tried to sync it again with itunes but the pod doesn't show up there either. Spose itunes thinks it is in use or summat.

any ideas peeps?

This happened to me at the weekend. Try...

Recharge your Ipod. Reset it by pressing (I think) the middle button and the play button simultaneously.

i dont have an ipod, but this happens to me allll the time. only thing which works is letting the battery run flat orrr, plug it into the USB porty on me xbox then click on the little section which lets you play music off it, play few songs and whip it out

i must stress this only works for ha

Just take it back and get it sorted while it's under warranty

Because once that has expired then they just do not want to know

it's stuck on sunrise, i can't see what the problem is!

It is a 3rd gen "graded stock" ipod i.e,stock that has been sent back for whatever reason. A snip at £26 tho.

Glad to say that after the help from a certain mr stephens and apple webpage,ipod is now sorted ! :)

on mine, it was the scroll wheel that had broke.like previous posts, apple don't want to know when they break, and charge a fortune to fix them. so , i got the parts myself (£50 plus a new battery to be double sure) and crackerd it open. fixed within the hour . don't take it out of the house anymore, just use it essentially as an external harddrive for music.

Quickest and easiest way to take in /out of car, around the home, and anywhere there is a stereo with FM.

Don't be fooled with other FM transmitters that are pieces of shite. This one goes through walls. I turn it on, and I can play all four stereos in my home at the same time, all having the same music coming out of them. Its great. (It also plays without any volume on the iPod, so it conserves battery life, longer than when listening with headphones).

Plus its also a protective case. Best money I ever spent, other than purchasing the iPod, natch.
