bit bloody depressing.
And I cant get over that Yank from the Wire start with an English accent, and then try an Irish accent.

I always actually thought he was English before the Wire cos I'd only seen him in Queer As Folk (take it you didn't watch that then?

lol.. no strangely I wasnt into Queer as Folk... I was struggling cos I've just watched Series 3 of the The Wire force-fed by the BBC in 3 weeks, and he does a very good Yank impression in that. At the start of this Freefall thang (convinced he was a Yank), I thought he was trying to be a Brit, and then was sure he was trying to do an Irish accent badly.
Fuck knows... Perhaps he's spent too long in the US doing the Wire, or I'm too busy listening for faults in accents, that are not really there.
Next you'll be telling me that Idris Elba is a Brit.
