Has anyone noticed the stunning new album released last week by a-ha called Foot Of The Mountain?
It is their best work since 2000's Minor Earth, Major Sky and for those who miss synth-pop, it is a must-buy. The opening track The Bandstand is especially euphoric, but all the songs are very well written.
It entered the UK albums chart this week at #5.

As for A-Ha, the singer is a Stoke fan so I think they're great. "Growing up in Norway in the 70s there were only two teams: Liverpool and Stoke. We chose Stoke."
