I know a fuckwit who when he first went on Facebook tried to search for an old ex girlfriend but instead of typing her name in search typed it in status update repeatedly

Maybe more guys will want to visit her love cave now, since she had the cobwebs cleared out, so it will have a happy ending for everybody.

A likely story. The world's computer literati, from the 12 yr old script kiddie to the 65 yrold blokes who can think in ASCII (in octal form too), have better things to do than compromise the mytwitbook accounts of frumpy septics, not when there are consoles to mod, windboxen to "pwn" and credit card numbers to harvest. More likely she wrote her password on a post-it note stuck to her monitor in work, or just set it to her name (like a certain MP.....I hope you all sleep as badly as I do), or her kid's/dog's name, or just left it at "password". Thuse whoever compromised her accound did so with no computer skills whatsoever.

And it's "cracked" (while cracking is hacking, hacking is not cracking, that's just something MS do their best to seed in people's minds so they'll be scared when they hear that free software is written by "hackers". I mean, so is windows, at least the bits that work are, but that information does not serve Balmer's ends). Basically, hacker=computer ninja. In fact ninjas could very correctly be termed "hackers of the martial arts".

just a side thought here, why do i.e.daughters or sons put aunties etc on their facebook ???..they get drunk and do something daft at a teenage party and it gets back to mum ? what about people that fall out with long term girlfriend and put status as 'single' to let the girlfriends 'friends' know that its all over ? (but maybe not).. youngsters and facebook is fucking mad stuff.thank fuck it wasnt there in the 80's.what trouble we would have had

How Sure are you that is what happened? It could have been that she left an internet cafe without logging out her account or perhaps a good hacker installed a keylogger on her computer at work.

The system works. This seems like a good thing.

I can't understand why people add their grandmas, nephews, etc. in their Facebook? Just damn call 'em on the phoone. Create an intranet with your family memebers then. I don't want to see some old bloke's pics and xxxoxxx and :))) & all that jazz.

And the last one was good but that guy way rude!! That's not professional to reduce yourself to the level of a teen blogger and fire the poor girl for being openly honest. What a jerk. He needs to cum.
