Most TV comedy doesn't make me laugh out loud very often. But I was literally in tears watching this last night.
It is really funny, right? I'm not just some sad old cunt who wishes it was still the early 90s and he was dancing to "Dizzy" at some lame student club drinking flat Carling and trying to cop off with a girl called Rachel who probably had chlamydia (before it was fashionable, natch)?

Don't know why a 50 yr old bloke showing Christine Bleakley his skid marks is funny, but it is.
What about We Are Klang. Is that funny?

First of all, as someone who was ten in 1993, there is nothing wrong with wishing this.
Secondly, no, it really was that funny.

What was that bloke next to Ulrika? Is he gonna be a regular?
I remember it being quite madcap 10 years ago. Seemed a bit more contrived now.
That Christine Bleakley tat on Vic's back (with accompanying skidmarks) was laugh-out-loud hilarious though.
Really can't get to grips with "We Are Klang". Comes across as a Students' Comedy Review.
Only saw "How Not To Live Your Life" just recently. Thought that was alright. The bird in it is easily the best eye candy to grace any BBC sitcom in donkey's years though. I swear her breasts got bigger as the series progressed.
Is BBC3 still showing "Cowards"? That's okay in parts. I really like that Tim Key's delivery when he's doing his deadpan poetry.
Best comedy I've seen in recent months was BBC4's "Getting On". Poignant but funny. Created the same sort of atmosphere as "The Thick of It". Shame it was only 3 episodes, could've done with more.

we aare klang seemed rubbish
enjoyed the repeats of ideal though. that first scene with the lip synching to popcorn double feature was great!

Actually, nothing's probably made me laugh out more this year than the Inbetweeners.

I wasn't WATCHING it (I don't watch TV) but it was on in the same room as me and I saw some of it.
I liked the skidmark.
Everyone likes skidmarks, Col. The strange bloke to Ulrika's right is indeed going to be a regular. "The Inbetweeners" is a thing of wonder - they ought to get rid of the lead guy who does the voiceovers and just hand it over to his mates, though.
Inbetweeners is pure class - "I'm not eating that, it's been in the sea!'.
Getting On was brilliant as well.

great to see them back on form again, the last series with will self was a bit crap, but the skids and the new bloke, who even made jack dee crease up, were fantastic.
This has to go down as my favourite bit ever though.

But...... what IS the point? Why not let it lie (geddit) after all this time? The Fast Show knew when to quit while it was ahead. I mean, we all know what happened with Never Mind The Buzzcocks. Much as I like Vic and Bob I can't help but feel that this was some sort of obligation cos none of their subsequent projects really cut it or took off, so let's get back to what they know best, etc.....

Time to engage my iplayer ripper methinks, as I missed it. Mulligan and O'hare have nearly hospitalised me on several ocassions, all the more because their album adverts were millimetres away from real one that show in Ireland (not so much in this end of it these days).
We Are Klang left me wondering if I'd become old, out of touch and retarded, as I imagined student digs all over the nation rocking with belly laughs while I sat thinking "they need to hold up cue cards saying "laugh" here". Honestly....what the fuck?

A few people have said Inbetweeners is good, not watched any of em yet, may have to download em soon
