Another 'Inbetweeners' would complete the set.

Otherwise, I keep having to watch stuff from across the pond!

Peep Show has never had a duff series. Makes you wonder how much longer The Office could've went on for. When you look at the quality of the Office Xmas Special and also the American version which is every bit as funny you realise that it probably had a lot more gas in the tank.

That's assuming Gervais and Merchant wrote the scripts for The American Office?

Yeah, repeat from 1st series. It was the Thorpe Park episode.

Apparently the boys are signed up to do an Inbetweeners fillum!

Spooks back on telly end of October. Kewl.

It's on this time every year, innit? Always used to start in September, but somehow got moved out to October last year. And this.

Kiddie Spooks finished quite well I thought. I watched the first episode and couldn't even be arsed to watch the second which immediately followed, but I sat down and watched them all on Virgin replay recently and it got really good towards the end. Sadly, I think they'd lost their entire audience by then.

Bit weird though on the personnel front, having Elvis the cool psycho from Awaydays playing their nerdy team leader.

Does anyone else think series 6 of Peep Show has been a bit shit so far? The scene's with Johnston in them last week were fab naturally but the rest has been a bit lame.

Agreed - they're treading water, but it's still better than 99% of anything else on the telly.

As ever, it's the minor characters that make the show.

Johnson is good. Thought that actor would have made a great Dr Who which he was mooted as being in the running for before that kid got the gig. Dobby doesn't seem to quite hit the spot for me like she did in the last series, dunno why. The "FOAM HOME! FOAM HOME!!" with the fire extinguisher bit was alright though

She seems a bit rounder in this series.

I thought the Johnson scenes were awful, seeing the great man in such denial. Didn't revert to form and come good till the closing couple of minutes.

Worst thing they did was make Mark redundant. I used to like the office scenes which dominated earlier episodes.

Not nearly enough Super Hans in this series either.
