I think she's my least favourite woman (no easy task, let me tell you). Although I actually think a little more of her now I've heard that she was drinking herself to death when she wrote her shit column.

What's the point in Celebrity Mastermind? I mean, I watch it religiously but it would be nice if they had a proper final and stuff, but it's just a neverending series of rounds isn't it?
Maconnie and Grossman have impressed me most so far - and they both had 'proper' specialist subjects, covering a vast range: 20th Century Poetry, and 18th Century Art.
Nigel Planer did well too, though I think he had a rather limp specialist subject, and he never delivered with any conviction.
Gail Emms did Gavin and facking Stacey. She got 19, but so what? I could answer half those questions and I hate the facking show. First question asked where Stacey was from!
Some swimmer did Man United. But only from 1990 onwards. I think I scored more than him.
And some Chinese bird did Entourage, though the questions only seem to come from the first two series!
Maconnie and Grossman in a final though would be ace. With Planer joining them. Not sure who I'd see make up the 4th spot though.
Agreed, I saw the Maconie episode and he just powered through his questions. A proper subject too so he deserves a bit of respect for that 
It's true some of the subjects have been laughable on Celeb MM but I reckon Gavin and Stacey is a new low... the only thing that would have made the nepotism circle complete there could have been Gail Emms being a BBC employee. So that would've been a BBC employee answering questions about a BBC "drama" on a BBC quiz show. Noice.
As for other telly this Xmas season... I don't think I've watched so many hours of Come Dine With Me in my entire life 
The "Not The Nine O Clock News" and Steve Coogan nights on BBC 2 were great though. I'd forgotten just how properly hilarious "I'm Alan Partridge" is. NTNOCN too.
