What rubbish, where's Gong's Flying Teapot, and what's so good about Power Corruption and Lies?

I've always quite liked this cover, if only because it was so different to other album covers at the time. I mean, who'd think a band like New Order would have such a floral album cover. Something about it is quite edgy.

Still think Unknown Pleasures would have been a better stamp though.

I've done a bit of digging around and anyone interested can get them from www.royalmail.com/albumcovers. Looks like you can buy them in strips of five.

Save yourself a wasted journey of coming to our office......all the PCL stamps will be missing from the middle of the sheets...

bought a set of these. I don;t know how rock n roll it is to have the queens head associated with say a clash album cover. But they do look really good. And now I realise you don't have to buy the set of 12 different stamps just to get one PCL or Screamadelica stamp. You can buy each indivdual stamp in strips of five, just go the Royal Mail website mentioned above.

the beatles already had a set of stamps dedicated to them (in case people were wondering why no beatles at all)

up wouldn't work as it is too dark (see also darkside of the moon not picked & division bell picked instead)
