Bernard and Hooky saw the Pistol's live didn't they, and inspired them to start a band right?! Must've met Malcolm at some point in their careers too. Am playing Pistols 'My Way' as a tribute now.

Apparently he paid him hommage by saying that Malcolm above everything else was an entertainer and that he will be missed.

RIP. I played the hell out of this 12-inch in high school.

I had a cheap-ass Casio keyboard I got from Kmart back in the day, and all I could play were Perfect Kiss, this, and New Song (Howard Jones). These days I can only play two.

punk gave british music the kick it needed back then. The british charts had shit like tina charles and american shaft type music in it and then thanks to punk things got going again. McLaren was a part of that movement. R.I.P

Anyone feel a special tribute gig coming on ? maybe they could have Pistols in hyde park with buzzcocks and others in support like the finsbury park gig i went in 1996.
