It's a shame I didnt know about them in 09, I just got around to listening to them and Swans is a great tune.
big fan, seen 'em live a couple of times now. 'teenager'* and 'tears for affairs' are especially lovely, but my favourite track off 'let's get out of this country' is 'razzle dazzle rose'. 'french navy' always puts me in mind of 'embarrassment' by madness - no?
i think this cover is very sweet.
