Was watching Barney on Duke Box Jury last night, Jools Holland shows the panel of guests a Placido Domingo video, then asks the panel what they thought of it....Barney as cool as you like replies..."It's looks like an aftershave commercial........ and he sounds like Glenn Madeiros...........both of which I like" Absolutely brilliant, my kinda humour:D

My friend Chris who's a Warwickshire local told me that there used to be an indie band from nearby Leamington Spa called Jackdaw With Crowbar. I can't decide if thats the best or worst name i have ever come across.
But then there was a thrash metal band from Stratford upon Avon who played at a llocal the other week going by the name Suck On My Pips.....
