Queen Elizabeth II will drop the puck at the beginning of the hockey game tonight between the Vancouver Canucks and the San Jose Sharks... :D

Well, she's the head of state of Canada, it might serve as well ...!

On the lighter note, American TV ESPN called the Vancouver Canucks to ask if they can have the Queen for an interview between two periods, let's say they had a little history of how the monarchy works :lol:

ESPN interviewing her, eh? Wonder what for, since it doesn't look like they are televising the game, nor are they running Hockey2Night tonight as well.

why did she only stay for the first period? oh yeah, i guess watching the canucks play put her fast asleep....
