Montreal is a great example of how the CFL franchises can succeed. The Argos could learn a thing, or two or three from this franchise.

Let's hope they get to the Buccaneers standard! GO BUCS!

It wasn't a great game to watch, though! A lot of mistakes on both parts, mainly because of a slippery icy field.

Anyway, it's a nice event for the city. There will be a parade downtown this wednesday to celebrate this victory...

But Jeff, how the hell are you aware of anything relating to the GREY CUP ???? Don't tell me they mentionned this on ESPN !!!

They did mention it on ESPN; the 99 yard touchdown pass made the list for top 10 plays of the week.

Was Montreal at one time the Baltimore Stallions? The only American team to Win the Greycup? I remember when they were here. I actually enjoyed going to the games in the old memorial stadium. It kinda sucked when they were forced to leave because the Old Browns were coming to town. But hey, The Ravens won us a Super Bowl also.

yes...it got a brief mention on ESPN...and I used to follow the CFL several years back...the games were featured on ESPN back in the '80's...and was just a bit more exciting than the NFL...I really do wish we could see the games again...I was a big fan of Warren Moon and the Edmonton Eskimos back in the day!!!

Yes, it's the Stallions, they moved to Montréal...

If I remember well, there were 2 teams in the US a few years back, in San Antonio Texas, in Baltimore.. but which team was named the "CFLers" ?

Ah well, not really a football fan... hockey is my game..

We were the Baltimore Canadian Football club. were were originally the Baltimore Colts, but then the NFL said that was a No No. So after a month without a name, they settled with the Stallions.
