Yes! Finally I get to say 'none of them have sufficient good songs on to merit a vote'...here goes

None of them have sufficient good songs on to merit a vote.

(though I appear to own two of them - how did that happen?).

How come Mogwai seem to get critical respect when they just seem to be a shoegazing band 10 years after the whole 'movement' got slagged into oblivion by the music press? Is it cos they is Scottish?

i've only heard souvlaki, and it has some really good songs. some velvet morning and alison are great songs. but there's lots of filler, especially the last few songs.
