I have many fave ways...
- scrambled with a slice of cheese mixed in with ketchup or syrup (only if they are with pancakes)
- scrambled egg sandwich (eggs made same as above), mayo on each slice of bread
- fried with runny yokes, also on a slice of toast with butter and grage jelly and hot enough to melt the butter
- hard boiled, lightly salted
- deviled like mom and Lisa make (they make the BEST) - either sprinkled with dill or paprika or plain
- pickled in beet juice....mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
- egg salad w/ lotsa mayo but not TOO much...there is a fine line...
- steak and eggs with a fuzzy navel or mimosa
- steak and eggs with a BIG glass of milk at Waffle House at 4am after a night out dancing to punk and techno
- poached, but only the way grandma made them...she knew how to get perfect runny yokes

To me, it's just a neat thing to have for a special occasion.
But then I like scrambled eggs and pancakes for dinner. Sometimes I think just about any meal can be eaten at just about any time of the day.
