Alright, this story is so lame, I have to tell it, so you can laugh out loud.

I got a parking ticket last July, I sent a check to pay it on the last day, thinking it would take 2 days or more to process the check, as usual, but apparently the city has a super powerful system because the check clearned the next day and bounced (!) 1 day before my paycheck.

Alright, for some reason I don't get, I've never seen the return card, so the one I saw was the last one where they tell me "pay or you'll get that denver thing on your wheel".. Alright then, the ticket of course is now 4 times the original amount (...)

I pay at the ATM machine... 1 week later receive the check, you can't pay at the ATM for some reason (always did it this way, but apparently the "final notice" you can't)

So I send a check via the mail.. I get it back, you need to use a money or postal order..

So I got myself a money order.. mailed it... I FORGOT TO PUT A STAMP ON THE DAMNED ENVELOPPE..... :banghead:

I can't believe this.. argh.. it's the 4th time I'm trying to pay this damn thing.. now what's next, will get back the enveloppe in a few days, mail it back, something WILL happen...

Laugh, laugh all you can... I'm laughing really hard when I remember the reason I parked there was to save 8$ to park near a subway station instead of using a downtown parking... :nonono:

as of today, I currently owe the CIty of Baltimore over $25,000 in parking fines. The original amount of the fines before the penalties totaled $427. I should have paid!!!

Last week my 6 week old hard drive's heads crashed and i lost a large amount of uni work. My assigments are due in next week. Apparently the odds of a head crash on a HD under 5 years old is about the same as Barney singing in tune.

Aw no! Poor you, Major! :( Why do things like that always happen when you have to hand in important stuff? Hope you get it sorted soon.
