I was searching around the net this morning searching for Joy Division midi files that i could use for my New cell phone ringer. I typed in Joy Division midi in the Google search and that when I found it! My long lost first website I ever created. It was back in 95-96 when I created my 1980 Subculture it was a site where I had compiled all the cool midi file from New Order, DM, PSb, and put them together with the lyrics. I was new to the internet at the time and very facinated by it, that I wanted to learn how to build sites, so this site was very primitive. I originally hosted it on AOL members web space, then moved it to geocited later on, and that is when I lost track of it, because I could never remember those long geocities URLs. Years went by and I actually started designing web site professionally, I just totally lost track of my site that I use to spend hours and hours at night on. When i tried to go back to it, it just got lost in the huge sea of web sites. It never did rank very high in the search engines, so it was impossible to find it that way.
Now it May 18th 2003, Excited about my new cell phone, I get on the net to find a JD midi file, type it in google and the first thing that pops up in the search... you guessed it, my long lost baby.
Sorry for this, I just got overly excited, just wanted to express it somewhere. :D
