I was just on the 9:30 Club website to check what shows were coming up. I saw david gahan is going to have a show there and charging $40.00!!!!!!!!!! my god that is freakin expensive just to see dave gahan. What music has he done on his own to justify charging that much? He must be a Rock Star. I think I only paid $30 to see Depeche Mode when they were here 2 years ago. And I still got to see all of Gahan's "sexy" dance moves.
I really hope Gahan flops and begs martin for forgiveness so theat he can be the lead singer of DM again; they have the potential to continue on making great music; it's just that the group is made up of egotistical jackasses

Well. Turns out I paid $48.75 to see DM two years ago. $50! I guess Sexy Dave is a bargain at $40, then.
Have you heard the live mp3's from Dave's solo tour? Hack rock 'n roll versions of DM songs - absolutely atrocious.
