top 100 songs of last 25 years goes back to '78 - meat loaf scrapes in that with paradise by the baseball commentary but only just.

lose yourself by eminem benefits from being a recent hit but big surprise to see the make up of the top ten, 20 etc.

That address didn't work for me, but if it's that VH-1 poll, then they've got Alicia Keys just ahead of The Clash. Could not believe that Blue Monday wasn't even on the list, but then again, I've never expected much from that channel.

That vH1 list is crap there is no NO, DM, or the Smiths; instead there is eminem, britney spoears, and the backstreet boys. Just kill me now :headoff:

Well, as far as i can remember, abotu two/three years ago VH1 used to be a fairly good music channel. Now it is just diabolical, like a substandard MTV, which shows how bad it has gotten.

I mean programmes like the Rise and Rise of the Rock? Disgraceful. (and i like wrestling!)

The list is off the chart insulting. But i suppose all VH1 wants to do is pander to the tasteless majority...
