:) Thanks Guys - anyone know what New Order songs are suitable for a babys development !?

Some time ago I acquired an obscure LP entitled "Soothing Sounds for Baby" by Raymond Scott. This an early 60's electronic album designed specifically for babys from 1 to 6 months. Alex appears to approve - although designed for kids this is pretty cool electronica ! Some of the tracks sound like early prototype versions of stuff like New Orders "Salvation Theme".

Nice one Mr & Mrs Tate :clap: Does Alex have a favourite NO track or album yet?

Every Little Counts is what i´m going to sing to my baby (some day ;) ). it always sounded like a lullaby to me. of course not the words, just the music and melody. but what the heck? the baby won´t understand a word i´m saying! :D

try it! and if the words are a problem for you ("i think you´re a pig" may sound a little hard for a baby  ) just sing the melody to him. i bet he´ll be sleeping when you get to the "dododo"´s :thumb:

Good suggestion - I may also try the 17 min version of Elegia - although some of the noisy passages may startle him - maybe too much dynamic range on this track !

How about 'When I'm With You' from Milan 82. Great electronica, or 'The Eternal' Joy Division, what self respecting baby could dislike that one!:)
