Best unintentionally funny TV show

There are comedy shows...and then there are comedy shows. You know there are some shows which, no matter how "serious" they're trying to be, are hopelessly hilarious. So what's your fave, past and present?

I have so many, but the two that come to mind immediately are "Rescue 911" with the King of Cheese himself (SHATNER!) and "Walker Texas Ranger", with the legendary Method actor himself, Chuck Norris. Anyone familiar with both shows knows there are too many classics to be picked out amongst the many epsiodes of each.

I'm thinking more along the lines of Cops. It's been on for over 10 years, I think, and it cracks me up every time I happen to watch it - accidentally, since I rarely watch TV.
