Being on holidays means drinking a lot... Therefore having to find something new to drink every night. So here's a good one that I had forgotten all about: It was first made by one of our own, Elias Melissas  , in the summer of '94 and it's called New Order (I wonder where he came up with that name  ).

To make it: take a tall glass filled with ice and mix (not "shake") one part vodka, one part gin and one part white tequila. Fill with sprite and add a bit of lime syrup.

It's guaranteed to get you drunk...

you could always try a pint of blackthorn, drink half of it, then drop a shot glass of peach schnapps in

a gorgeous & lethal drink.

well i hate to break it to you but that drink is nothing but a slightly modified Texas Tea.

A normal texas tea is as follows 1 glass (thinner then a pint glass, but taller) ice to the top

ingridents .5 shot rum .5 shot vodka .5 shot gin .5 shot triple sec fill glass to short of 1/2 inch with triple sec (lime suryp mix type) then a few splashes of coke for color

the new recipe glass with ice (amounts unknown) vodka gin killa ( a white, silver, not distilled very long type ) lime syrup (another word for sweet & sour mix, which is the same base for ritas) fill with sprite.

Notes: .5 shot = .75 fluid Ounces (metric= ~22ml i may be wrong)

as you can see they are very close, but its still a texas tea.

Word of warning drinking more then 1 of these at anyone time will fook you up, because i have seen it happen more then once before.)

BTW i was a bartender for 1.5 years so im pretty good on drinks.

Is there a difference between a Texas Tea and a Long Island Iced Tea? It doesn't sound like it...but I could be wrong. I've been the most drunk on LIIT's. And, it's not an easy hang over... :nonono:

the diffrence between a LIIT and a texas tea, is in a TT you remove rum and change it for the tequilla thats all.

LIIT was its orginal name before someone gave it the long island bit because of the way it would lit someone like a skunk, hence the term liit like a skunk

I've got recipes for a couple of NO-related cocktails (not sure if you've seen these before or not). Never tried them myself but they don't sound too bad. Here goes:

THE PERFECT KISS

INGREDIENTS: Crushed Ice 2 cl White rum (Bacardi) 2 cl Peach schnapps (Peachtree) Sprite Strawberries MIXING INSTRUCTIONS: Put the crushed ice in the glass. Add spirits and top with Sprite. Gently place one half strawberry underneath the layer of crushed ice. Serve. CREATOR/CONTRIBUTOR'S COMMENTS: A nice girlish drink with a good-looking appearance. The crushed ice and strawberry makes it look delicious.

BLUE MONDAY

INGREDIENTS: 0.5 oz. Blue Curacao 0.5 oz. Triple sec 1.0 oz. Vodka DIRECTIONS: In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Cool, eh?

in the states there is a drink where you take half a pint of Guinness & drop in a shot of Bushmills Whiskey w/ Bailey's Irish Cream floated on top. it has one of the most politically offensive names I have ever heard for a drink: "the Irish Carbomb"

i had a few one night, and they destroyed me... i threw up on myself while driving home the next morning.
