The only one I can think of right now is Everything But the Girl but I like what I've heard of them, and I don't think the names that lame either.

This time, out of the above choices, I picked Man Or Astrom-man, partly cause they're last, partly cause they cover the theme from MST3K, and mostly cause I like 'em a lot. I guess it's a tradition at their shows where they toss Little Debbie snackcakes to the audience; at the show I saw, a geeky skinhead got on stage and wasn't doing very well freaky dancin' in front, whereupon most of the audience threw back their treats on the unfortunate person. Yes, it's almost like we're dueling (I was playing around with avatars, and I think I finally found a permanent one)
And I can't do much with "X", as the only bands I can think of are the band 'X' and XTC. I love XTC, and it's a good name, but what the hell?
