Barring an announcement that the band will be playing somewhere near LA on Friday, April 29th, I would like to arrange a fun night of booze and music for Friday night in the Palm Springs area. So let's have some feedback from those heading for the desert sun....

I don't know the area but am staying 3 nights in Palm Springs. I plan on driving down so anywhere's fine.

Looks like I'll probably drive down for the show, only about 16 hours or so straight through, still not sure when I'm leaving yet but I'll definitely try to make it for any pre-show gathering.

The Friday night party is going to be in San Fransisco. (Well acually it's in Oakland)

36 minute drive from SFO airport and 12 minute drive from OAK Airport. 7 1/2 hour drive from Palm Springs.

Anyways thats where I will be Friday night. Maybe before or after the gig we can meet?

I picked The Village because it's titled after a NO song. What more reason is needed?

You'll be in Oakland Friday, no doubt.
