What happens when the Order finish (the gig) - will we head into the city & get properly P1ssed?
Whats the norm for these events?

Well, as evident - Its one area I wont get too caught up in.
Will see you all there. I like to do very bad dancing - chin stroking wont be allowed! ![]()
Naas is pretty far from the city though - int it? Hopefully the bank managers and accountants can get a lineup to tempt us out for the other night as well, dare I say make a weekend of it. Which night are New Order playing?

Sunday, probably late-ish (8-10 PM). Nothing I want to see on Saturday plus I live near by, so I'll probably just go and come home, unless theres a pissup in the city.
However, I doubt we'll get back in time to get into a pub, even if they're still open - so its nightclub (and hence needing to dress in poncy clothes) or someones house..... Conrad? ![]()

Why do my replies keep on dissapearing? Or is this dejavu? Again?
My house, being on the northside - near the airport - might be too far for people to go after the gig. Town could be better - pubs should open till 1.30; THEN when I' properly pissed, ther'll be invites all round 'back to mine'
:dead:
How will we get back out though? Someone coming in an MPV? Try to get on the Dublin Bus services? Hire a minibus taxi (which will be CRIPPLING, probably E150 for an eight seater)?
Its not absolutely confirmed yet, but since NO dont seem to be appearing in V festival in august, me and Feline thought we should pay Ireland a visit (again after 2002) - this time for a "good" cause
.
At this moment, apart from waiting for our tickets to arrive by mail here, we are searching for air-tickets, hopefully we will find something not too expensive ;) . After that we will be set. So, talk to ya laters guys...

If I'm driving(as expected) I'll be in a 7 seater
so thats a good start:D
The ticket confirmation is sat in my hand right now. Flight is the 13.30 from Heathrow, gets me in to Dublin at 14.50. Costs twice as much as the gig!

Heres hoping they're not on before 6, as it could take until then to get out if you've got luggage.
Only hand luggage, spare kecks in case I have too much Guinness and chase it too often with a Powers, me toothbrush and some bootlegs for the locals!

Surely, Tim, you mean some "rarities" for the locals, no??
The greeks got their air-tickets as well!:D We arrive in Dublin Friday July 8 and stay there till Tuesday the 12th.
All excited about the festival here and really looking forward to experiencing that Guinness'n'Aftershock combo effect once more ;)

If we can sort a couple of guitars out we can have a Digital/Nemesis impromptu gig! Start learning those Libertines songs Sophia!!
Just wished Kasabian played on the 10th as well... We could get a ticket for the 9th as well, since we re gonna be around anyways, but we re not too keen to see the rest of the day. Not complaining too much of course, Saturday in Dublin isnt bad at all ![]()
