I got a mail from Andy Robinson today, a reply to my request, so here it is:
sorry but i don't really have any info for you. the chicago and nyc gigs remain unconfirmed and at present i know nothing about the ticket sales
If they don't know, be sure it's not announced yet!
And of course, got this from the UIC Pavillon staff.. 
Sorry--this event is not taking place at the UIC Pavilion.
But we already knew that.
Actually, it would be a great place to see NewOrder play! It is in a great location...not too close to downtown, which can be a bitch to park and the venue is acoustically sound.
I really hope they end up booking there. It is the perfect size and I think the band would have no problem booking there. Chicago loves NewOrder!!!!

The rest of the mail was about giving me a US contact, which I have now, so I'll ask THEM...
Obviously, the band doesn't know anything about ticket sales, this is none of their business after all ! they just show up where they have been booked!
