I gather that some fans are old hands at flagmaking.
I want to make one myself for the tour. Anyone got any Tips on materials/ methods, etc? Hope someone can give me a couple o tips.

Get a Big White Sheet then put a lovely Red Cross on it. Not a diagonal one (lesser nation) but a nice horizontal stripe and an equally nice vertical stripe. The strpie needs to go all the way from the top to the bottom and all the way from left to right otherwise people may confuse you with the paramedic station.![]()
You did realise where his location is? and the fact that he's said he's not a tricolour-waver in a different thread?
Good luck making one anyway - I'll just be getting a standard 5x3 E5 tricolour overprinted with New Order at some stage
Me and JG ordered our new flag just yesterday. Keeping it neutral this time, but our foreign brethren. Er, like Shug!

80 notes.
The Scandies have got the right idea. Been to a couple of festivals over there and they have 'standards' like the bearers used to carry in front of Roman legions. Smaller flags twenty foot up in the air on poles.
You sad gits. Why not just paint your faces like I do - don't have to carry anything and you don't forget your flag at home time. Simple.
My Mummy said I was 'special' so did my teachers...
Get a bunch of young men and isolate them in close proximity for long periods of time with no females.
Don't know if they're still around but there used to be load of bikers calling themselves the Toothbrush Klan who used to circle a huge area at Reading Festival campsite with their 'skull and toothbrush' flags. Reserved the best plot for them and their mates.

We shall see.
Sounds a bit of a 'squeal like a pig' threat there Al.

Where did you get that done, Al?
