Does anyone know if it's true that New Order are playing Belfast on the 20 Auguest

Nothing I've heard, anyway...

Also, I remember Steve saying that Barney is still scared of Northern Ireland very recently - in the TodayFM interview about two months ago...

Nope, and i did nothing to help when i met steve morris. As i have said a thousand times, a New Order gig in belfast would be a waste of time.

Festivals only in europe it seems.

The Galah Festival, Belfast. Aug 19th & 20th April 7 2005 at 5:52 PM GalahUK (no login) Not officially being announced til April 11th. This is a two day festival being held in 3 venues over two days

AUG 19TH.

Empire: Fun Lovin Criminals Echo & The Bunnymen Booby McFerrin plus guest DJ's £20

The Waterfront: UB40 Lee "Scratch" Perry Ian Brown plus special guests £25

Ulster Hall: The Killers Jet Snow Patrol The Jamm plus guests £20.50

AUG 20th.

Empire: Damien Rice (solo) Willy Mason Stephen Fretwell plus guest DJ's £22

The Waterfront: Morrissey Paul Weller Ocean Colour Scene plus special guests & guest DJ's £27.50

Ulster Hall: New Order Ash Kasabian Juliette & The Licks £25
