Any Live recordings of Hammerstein?

Are there any bootlegs floating around? I found a Bit Torrent for the Chicago show, but the side that has it seeded isn't accepting new members. I'd love to get a copy of the NYC show - it was the first show that my wife and I ever went to together!

well since an official DVD of that show might be incoming soon, we may not need a boot :)

Yeah, it wasn't just the bartenders, I was surrounded by booty shaking beauties in the area I was dancing in . I'm still peeved I never noticed Paul Banks & Carlos D and Hooky in their respective booths before Hooky's set.

I tried uploading some files on soulseek the other day but I failed. I might give it another go tonight.

Yeah, from the sample I heard, it's indeed better, not as good mics as the first version, but taped 15ft away from the stacks, so a lot less boomy.

P/S: Not a good idea to post torrent, they are personallized, so you might get your account suspended.. if anyone manage to register, you could create a NOOL account, as simple as that.

Gonna give a guy a clue as to the best place to look for NYC/Chicago/Anywhere boots. As for not needing a boot of a gig that's coming out on DVD.....course you need a boot......WIFM is missing from 5:11 and it is TRULY hilarious, as is lots of barney stumbling and mumbling and shouting that was also cut.

Which gig IS it that got filmed? Were they told Is there a backup gig being taped just in case it all goes a bit New Order?

I am the one who recorded the NO Hammerstien show with "the shitty mics" to me the mics sound fantastic... for a 16 year old its about as good as they get. sorry I can't drop 1,000 for some Schoeps... anyways if anyone wants the show drop me an e-mail and we can trade if you got any New Order tapes.

Did someone really taped hooky's set at Hiro?

how I get stuff in is I crotch all the stuff. have a piar of boxers on then over them I have Spandex shorts which make a pouch for the recording equipment. its very complicated. if you don't put it in the right way you couls be screwed.
