To the original question, no there's been no official announcment for a return to Canada anytime soon. They just came through the states last year, so I wouldn't hold my breath.
Ah for fecks sake, I thought this was for real. If they did toronto I'd be there for the weekend. Still can't decide whether to go down south for a gig or two.
Anyone whose first post is "When will New Order play in [insert country here]?" should be banned.

I haven't seen them in Canada since 1993 neither at the exact same place, and you don't see me yelling.
I went to Chicago and New York last year and got that fixed.
To be honest I thought after i saw the 1989 CNE show w/Sugarcubes/PIL I thought that would be the last show I would see.
Kingswood in '93 was a Bonus because I didn't expect it. Though sadly my favorite moment from that night was 808 State firing our a wicked version of Cubik.
Since then we had Electronic doing the CFNY appearance in '96, Revenge getting cancelled becuase the screwed up their customs papers, and finally a pretty nice Monaco show in '97.
If they ever appear in these parts again I would be shocked.
maybe we could get them to do a show in Laval...

I asked Bernard at the Peel Day thing why they never toured Toronto recently and he said they wanted to but it fell through yet again
I hope they show, not holding my breath like my buddy is. As long as they do not play the Kool Haus, I hate that venue.

Missed that show and ’93 – caught ’89 though...
It's funny how flying from Pearson to Vancouver is only about $150 CAD and 2 hours less than flying into Gatwick . . .?
