Help me please! Sao Paulo ticket nightmare!

First of all good morning, this is my first post on here so apologies if I'm posting in the wrong area. I've been trying to order tickets online for the Sao Paulo gigs but I can't get past the billing address stage. The site asks for country and then state, I've put in United Kingdom but there is no pop up screen for state. Consequently, I can't continue to buy the tickets. I tried Brazil in the country pop up and then Sao Paulo for state but still no joy as the site states that my credit card details are incorrect at the next stage. Hopefully, someone out there can help? Thanks in advance, Shaun

There's a bug in the website and you have to pick a Brazilian state to continue with your order. Your address really doesn't matter as you will collect the tickets at the box office anyway.

Ric Rivera (aka Mr disco 99) had a similar issue with his credit card. He tried again in the next day and was able to complete the order.

If you want, you can e-mail me the details of your order (your full name, order number if you have one, etc) so I can call the venue and check what happened.

Hi One Brain, first of all thanks for replying! In the end I managed to buy tickets for the 2 concerts in Sao Paulo. Are you going to all the concerts in Brazil? I am defenitely going to all the gigs in Brazil and hopefully Buenos Airies also, I'm just trying to find a cheap flight from Rio to BA. I can't wait, I've never been to South America so while I am there I planning to spend 8 weeks travelling around Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay!

Cost R$ 662.07 (£160 ??) Cheapest you'll find I think.

I booked with Aerolineas Argentinas from Rio to BA. US$361. It's a few bucks more than Gol but there's no layover hassles.

8 weeks... wow, I'm envious.

Howdie, Shaun! I'm going to all Brazilian gigs and the Argentinian one too. Oh, and the last two Engerlish ones too. ;)

I booked my flight from Rio to Buenos Aires with TAM. Flight 3411 departing on 17th November at 09:40. Will see you lot at the airport.
