camera's at gigs?

Going to blackpool monday ...was wondering what the policy about taking cameras into the gig would be... its only a small digi one...camera that is.. :D

Doesnt seem to be a problem at all - they dont check you for cameras at these gigs - in fact they dont seem to check you at all

At Newcastle, I was only stopped taking video's, pics are fine.

If they got an upstairs or seated bit then security can get a bit funny if you proceed to film the whole thing from the comfort of your seat (seen a few people attempt that at Brixton before with varying degrees of success and failure) but down below with the 'ardcore masses you'll be fine

I remember @ Hyde Park, a guy in the queue in front of me was turned away for having a digital camcorder.

Funny thing ws he swore blind to the "bouncer" that it was only a camera.
