roughly 10 days ago TicketMaster UK confirmed our tickets would be held for pickup at the box office one hour before the concert. We're grateful to have them in-hand before stepping on the plane, however it does give the impression TicketMaster UK has one hand doing one thing, one doing the other. Now to just hand over two small kids to relatives for three days, hop on a plane with my husband, and GO!!!!!!!!

They emailed me last week that my tickets would be there waiting for me in London.
I guess I'll secure via guest list as well on that one :(
I received my Wembley tickets by AirMail on Monday. Phew, now I don't have to stand around in a huge "will call" queue at the venue.
I still vividly recall almost missing the Ally Pally show in '98 because of a massive line up to get my tickets at the venue...
there's hope for me yet then. would hate to collect them as I did at Newcastle: I didn't get a proper ticket, just a receipt AND they wouldn't let me out the venue after I collected it 
that was a real let down 
p.s. thanks to PompeyOrder for swapping my receipt for a real ticket 
I still haven't received my ticket yet. I've checked the online tacker and this is what I got: "16/10/2006 - We are currently trying to arrange for collection at venue".
I don't know if it's good or bad.
