I see that a couple of tracks from the Granada TV's 1981 Celebration are featured on the Glasgow Live DVD.
I was at the recording, and Barney, gradually getting more inebriated throughout the show (with the help of a couple of miniatures), dropped his guitar on my head at one point.
When it was aired, a friend of mine recorded it but typically only on Betamax! Would love to get a copy. Anybody know if the whole of the show has ever been released?

indeed mr albrecht got off his tree,,he told tony to be quite during one number ,as it was very "spiritual",mr wilsons knock was, the only spirit round here is in yer head.
the sound had to be played around with a lot and granada didt produce any more celebrations afer this one .

Sorry to ask it again, but a TV SHOW section like the LIVE section would be nice on NOOL
Dreams Never End, Denial and Truth were also broadcast. But most of us have a poor quality version of the original broadcast.
There's also an audio copy of the Celebration recording session out there, Duncan was kind to share his master tape of the whole thing last year. 
What's really interesting about the version of Celebration on this DVD is that it's the pre-overdub version, so it's different in the mix to the one we are familiar with.
Also, the big surprise is that the version of Chosen Time on the DVD is not the one that was broadcast but a different take.
