The only other time I remember going to the Cornerhouse I sat in front of a gentleman in a mac who, according to my girlfriend, masturbated openly throughout the film (it was quite a pervy film: Crash by David Kronenburg)
I always think of men in macs when I think about that place.

But, surely, isn't there a proper place closeby where they can go and do that? ![]()
Oh, and how did your girlfriend know, and you not? :p
Only been to the Cornerhouse once for a band (a couple of floors up) - there certainly weren't any macs there! :p

She was sat next to him, I was sat next to her.
I said 'why didn't you say something' and she retorted, brilliantly, with 'I couldn't think of the words, Colin'.

100 minutes, that's going some.
I said more or less the same.
The blonde clarified that it was a sort of an endurance wank, an idle stroke rather than an actual sprint to the vinegar.
I think it was more of an exhibitionist thing. He kept banging his leg into hers and smiling at her.
I have nightmares about it from time to time.
