Saw them last night at Future. What can I say? I was in the presence of the personification of awesome. I'm seriously considering flying down to Sydney to catch them at either Hordern or Future. I really wish they could've done a sideshow in Brisbane.
Good to see Barney whingeing a bit about rain and sound issues. He's better fired up. He stood at the back left side of the stage looking really nonplussed for the full BM intro.
He did try to get into though, stood right on the front of the stage with the mic. getting wet like us lot. For the vocal only songs.
Crowd tried their best too, cheering wildly when it rained harder at one point.

a few Sheilas on the porn channel around midnight i'm guessing. that would be breakfast here in the land of sane time zones![]()
Tie me kangaroo down, Ron, tie me kangaroo down
Has Ron took over Steve Irwin's crocodile hunting gig since the great man's untimely demise?

Why they have to bore us all with Blue Monday is beyond me, I can see why Barney is sick to death with it. For the time it takes we could be treated to Chosen Time and Senses ![]()

Apparently it was a possibility, 'cept for the ludicrously geographically-challenged festival organisers. Brisbane > Perth (consecutive) > Sydney (side) > Sydney > Melbourne > Adelaide (consecutive)

Lets see... festival full of Gen Y... what to play that they might have heard and will trigger their having a good time and think about exploring more of their tunes... Blue Monday or Chosen Time?
I think they've found a good balance really and they do treat us to gems... 5-8-6...
Maybe they should play Rocking Carol - that would win the crowd over :)

Gotta love his opening banter... "could all the girls please take off their tops to keep them dry..." or thereabouts ![]()
