New Order mit allen Hits im Gasometer

Beim ersten Österreich-Auftritt der britischen Pop-Idole seit 1984 lieferten New Order eine 80-minütige Werkschau. Der musikalische Höhepunkt war "Blue Monday".

Did you really need to type that all out?

Reverted to the exact same setlist as they started with in Brussels and Paris last year. They've really come a long way, haven't they?

I genuinely - for a nanosecond - thought they were gonna do summat different when Barney came on to dedicate the set to Curtis and strapped on his guitar. ..... and then they just went into Elegia yet again. Great.

Nice to see you got the 'longer' setlist in Lyon though.

And has been said many times, for 99.99% of the audiece, it's their first show of the tour, so it's all fresh.

May 18th though, surface.

Only one Joy Division track (Ceremony aside) - they played two in Lyon a couple of days later, on an insignificant date.

As far as Joy Division tracks go, Isolation '98 was killer.

Nice to meet some of the folks of NOOL in person!

Geri, did you attend the concert? A nice lady - which seemed to be with the Vikings - got the setlist after the show and kindly allowed me to take a picture with it. I was wondering if it was you...

No, wasn't me unfortunately. Only managed to get to Paris so far, not doing too well on this tour [:(]
