JJ vs Hook

Mick Karn of Japan is an absolutely superb bassist and for me is the best of his type.

BUT.... being technically gifted doesn't make you the best. It's like saying that someone is the best painter. It's all about opinion.

I like the lines about Hookey being a guitarist with some strings missing. THAT makes sense!

However in a fight I think that JJ and Hookey would be a handbags at 10 paces affair

JJ would be up against Sarge these days, in any case, before he got anywhere near Hooky !

Course, JJ would have trouble against Mr & Mrs Morris in one of their tanks. Let's see how good a black belt is against armour plate...
