watching the daily show right now and they just did a segment on the recent neverending filibuster in the senate. the segment's title? '30 hour party people.' complete with the same font used during the film's intro! the tentacles of taste are (mercifully) spreading far and wide. stone roses heard earlier on CSI, as well.
best line, by the way: 'sen. kay bailey hutchison is about to read from the classic children's book 'goodnight, moon.'
