...and which other releases is it on?

As a relatively...erm...new New Order fan I'm finding it hard to keep track of all these different mixes :scratch:

It's the 7" version I think. If you have broadband I can send you or you can get it from Floyd's FTP site :thumb:

Hi folks...

...@ Julio: this is definitely NOT correctomundo...:nono: ...on 'Trainspotting' the 'Temptation (1987 Mix)' was used, which also appears on 'Substance 1987' CD 1...

...update: and yes, I've seen 'Pulp Fiction' too often...:D

Greetz, Floyd Anderson.

I thought Trainspotting was a great soundtrack. I laugh when I hear Lou Reed's "Perfect Day", when Ewan is ODing. Now THAT'S comedy. :thumb:

....Hi, fellow FAC 63 afficiandos, how about the version on the SOMETHING WILD soundtrack? The last time I checked it wasn't the 7" version, definitely a different edit.

In fact, would you believe I actually have 7" version of TEMPTATION on CD ?

I bought this obscure CD issued by Pellegrino Productions, New York, released for radio stations only, factory pressed disc but no front artwork, it's a compilation called B.L.A.S.T Modern Rock - Program No. 28 featured 17 tracks include Spiritualized, Geneva, Suede and of course, New Order - Temptation 5:15mins ( 1982 original 7" version ) !!!!!

The Something Wild version is definetly an edit of the 7" version. The SW version has more lyric-segments added.

How about you send me a scan of the BLAST CD?

Thanks, /TLV
