We've had to postpone the plans to gig before Christmas, as last week I had an accident that has smashed my right hand (multiple fractures and a dislocation of the middle finger), so I can't play the guitar until January.

However, if we can find a stand-in guitarist......I can still sing (and load disks etc for the sequencer tracks), so the show could go on.

Chances are though that there will be no live stuff until March, as can't exactly do much meaningful rehearsal at the moment. I'll carry on doing some one-handed programming. Just as well I can type left-handed !

Try Juliette Binoche. She's been very popular among NO fans lately.

Who's the drummer? History dictates that it's HIS girlfriend you have to get in.

WTF did you do to your hand? Sounds nasty.. .

Got it crushed between a wrought iron gate and the internal door at the studio. Only my reflexes saved the middle finger from losing its top joint. Jon the drummer's wife doesn't play guitar !

It's obvious that I should fill in on guitar and keyboards. I have a good grasp of the material, my own equipment, solid backing vocals, tons of stage experience, and that unmistakable American sex appeal a la Justin Timberlake.

All I require is:

  1. Airfare (will split 50/50).
  2. Lodging for me, my wife, two children, a guinea pig and my wife's idiot chihuahua/dachshund-mix puppy. A spare room with a couch will do until I find full-time employment. There are lots of jobs in London, right?
  3. A six-pack of pilsner (cold, please) for each rehearsal and gig. (Alt. One (1) bottle of Absolut Citroen and ice.)
  4. Plenty of duct tape.

That's it, really.

Deal. Can you start work on sequencer parts for LWTUA and Atmosphere (with click track optional) for a starter please ? Might as well take the "no live keyboards" option until we can afford to play in the States !

Justin who ? He's not exactly very big news over here. Who hasn't been through Britney, apart from Tabsy ?

Answer, because why would he want to take a step down to a scummy team like that!

Try Jean Michel Jarre :evil4:

At least most of them didn't go around telling everyone like Justin did. That's one of the reasons why I hate him so much; he's a scumbag who can't be trusted around women. Other reasons:

  1. He's ugly
  2. He's only got where he is because of the Neptunes (who I feel sorry for)
  3. He's generally a talentless bag of garbage

Come on then peeps, who wants to play keyboards with us on our world tour ?

Is it alright if I only play the white keys? I could do two at a time, with my index and middle fingers!

Reading that description, it rather sounds like you won't be able to play until the end of the world comes around!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Aowtch! it must have hurt!

Hmmm...if joining the band could get me a work permit in the UK, I'll do it. :thumb:

I'm crushing on both Juliette AND Gillian.

Juliette is such a classic beauty. Gillian? She's my first synthpop babe crush! ;) I still think she's darling if you all don't! _
