What the heck is this. According to the German booklet that came with Get Ready (on this site) Vida Pobre is a Spanish version of Low Life. Is this for real? I've never heard of this before. Then again the booklet is not too accurate. However, they did go to the trouble of translating all the song titles. Can anyone help?

That's what I said. But would the "laziest" band in history be bothered to make a Spanish version of one of their albums?
I read somewhere that there is a French version of BM called "Lundi Bleu". But I doubt the song is actually translated into French.
Vida Pobre is argentinian, not spanish (the nationality). and yes it´s all translated in spanish (the language). that is:
Ama Vigilantes ("Love Vigilantes") Beso Perfecto ("The Perfect Kiss") Esta Hora De La Noche ("This Time of Night") Amanecer ("Sunrise") Elegía ("Elegia") Más Rápido De Lo Que Piensas ("Sooner Than You Think") Subcultura ("Sub-culture") Reconoce La Realidad ("Face Up")
which is not 100% accurate as all translations! 
as for "the band doing it" is not quite true. the band had nothing to do with this. the thing is that on that time all vinyls produced in Argentina had all the names translated (i don´t know the exact reason for this). so Buelax (the label that edited Low Life here) did it as any other label would have done it. DG did it with Technique, Substance and Substance II, and even the cassette edition of Republic (i forgot the label) had all the translated titles also (the songs, not "Republic").
i traded a couple of Vida Pobre, and i can find it quite easy. if you´re interested let me know.

the times released a cd single of lundi blue which had various foreign language versions of blue monday (think japanese was one of them)

At least the discography information is pretty accurate. Compare the booklet to the New Order Discography and you'll notice a lot of similarities...

i think so. in spanish it would be Elegía with an accent on the "i". i can´t remember if they put it that way!

I'm not having a go at the discography. The inaccuracies are in the 'history": I do speak German.
The first New Order concerts with Gillian , I don't think so. Other errors: Movement published in 1982 Confusion 1983
